CONSULTATIONS
CONTINUOUS ACCESS
Consultation and informed consent are required before treatment. Hormone therapy requires appropriate laboratory evaluation and ongoing monitoring. Sexual-wellness treatment requires cardiovascular and medication review. Compounded therapies are not FDA approved. Potential uses are investigational, outcomes are not guaranteed and treatment is prescribed only when clinically appropriate. Dosing, treatment length and follow-up are individualized and discussed privately during consultation.
Prescription standards
All Pulse compounded medication prescriptions are fulfilled by Pure Pharmacy Fishers LLC, a state-licensed compounding pharmacy in Indiana operating under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
Prescription packages include the appropriate syringes. Alcohol swabs and a sharps container are available upon request.
METABOLIC + HORMONE HEALTH
GLP-1 treatment is not simply a prescription. Jerod provides a thorough, safety-first approach built around careful patient selection, individualized dosing, nutrition, glucose awareness, muscle preservation, side-effect management and meaningful follow-up.
Living with type 1 diabetes since childhood gives Jerod a firsthand understanding of metabolic disease. That lived experience—combined with focused clinical study and patient care—shapes a level of guidance often missing from high-volume, one-size-fits-all programs. Every plan is evaluated personally and adjusted according to the individual, not an automated schedule.
IN-HOME CARDIOVASCULAR RISK ASSESSMENT
A family history of heart or vascular disease should not leave you waiting for symptoms. Jerod provides an in-home cardiovascular history and physical examination to identify risk, establish a meaningful baseline and guide the appropriate next step.
THE PULSE CONNECTION · FOUNDING MEMBERSHIP
The Pulse Connection is built on a simple promise: you matter beyond the appointment. Jerod offers his time, attention and experienced clinical judgment throughout the year—so when a question, symptom or decision arises, you have a steady and reassuring connection to someone who knows your story.

Preferred value—save $173 per year.
Membership fees cover provider access and care coordination. Visits, in-home assessments, physical examinations, procedures, laboratory testing, imaging, prescriptions, medications, pharmacy charges and shipping are not included unless specifically stated.
Membership is not health insurance and does not replace primary, specialty or emergency care. Membership does not guarantee that a medication or treatment will be prescribed. Every treatment requires an appropriate clinical evaluation, informed consent and determination of medical appropriateness.
Monthly memberships automatically renew each month until canceled before the next billing date. Annual memberships automatically renew yearly unless canceled before renewal. Charges already processed are not prorated or refunded except where required by law. Member savings cannot be combined with other promotions and may not apply to controlled substances, pharmacy charges or third-party services.
Members may contact Pulse at any time; an immediate response cannot be guaranteed. Call 911 or seek emergency medical care for an emergency.
MEDICAL AESTHETICS · BY REFERRAL ONLY
Medical-aesthetic services are available by referral only. When appropriate, Jerod can help patients understand their options and connect them with trusted independent professionals in the local medical-aesthetics community.
Medication programs require consultation, informed consent and clinical approval. Dosing, treatment length and follow-up are individualized and discussed directly with each patient. Medication availability and pricing may change. Cardiovascular screening and three-lead ECG recording do not replace definitive diagnostic testing. Medical-aesthetic services are available by referral only and are provided by independent practices subject to their own consultation, candidacy and pricing. Pulse Connection messages are answered as promptly as circumstances allow but are not emergency coverage and do not replace primary, specialty or emergency care. Call 911 for a medical emergency.
